Shipping Rates
Shipping to the U.S.A. – We provide free USA shipping for all products. Please note, however, Free Shipping is based on the premise that you will keep the product, not return it. If you decide to return it, the original cost we paid to ship the item(s) to you will be DEDUCTED from your refund.
Shipping to Canada – We provide free Canadian shipping for some products. Please note, however, Free Shipping is based on the premise that you will keep the product, not return it. If you decide to return it, the original cost we paid to ship the item(s) to you will be DEDUCTED from your refund.
For those products that do NOT have free shipping to Canada, the shipping cost can be seen under the Additional Information tab when viewing a product. In most cases, the shipping cost is $10. If you decide to return an item for which you have paid a shipping cost, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Delivery Timeframe
All of our products have a delivery timeframe of 20 business days, most much less. For an estimated delivery time on a product, click the Additional information tab while viewing a product. The expected delivery timeframe will be listed under the Shipping heading.
Ships From
Our products are shipped from the USA or from overseas – mainly China or Poland. To see if a product will be shipped from the USA or from overseas, click the Additional information tab while viewing a product.
Carriers
We use the most economical shipping available, usually USPS standard shipping. If you have other shipping needs because of delivery time, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when your package has shipped. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers. To track your order:
Locate the Track Your Order menu item: it is in the website menu header for desktop based visitors and under the More sub-menu for visitors using a mobile device. On the Track your order page, enter your order number and email or your tracking number, then click the Track button.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order and you have ordered multiple items, we will ship you the item that is in stock. For the out of stock item, depending upon how long it is likely to be before we get the item back in stock – we will either refund you the cost of the item -or- ship you the item when becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the shipment of that item.
